  2. We advocate for you.  We work for your best interests, so we reject commissions, referral fees or kickbacks from providers and vendors.
  3. Automate to save time and money.  We look for ways to improve efficiency by automating tasks where possible.  This results in consistent and repeatable outcomes, while reducing the amount of time spent on lower value tasks.
  4. Clear, open communication.  Our technicians check in when they arrive and check out before they leave.  We let you know what’s going on and document our work, so you have a record of what was done.
  5. Recommend proven technologies and industry best-practices.  Most companies don’t want to be the testing environment for a new product or service, so we recommend products and solutions that are based on proven technologies or follow industry best-practices.  (Don’t worry, we’ll still support and work with the latest and greatest stuff, we’ll just discuss the potential risks first.)
  6. No long-term contracts.  We believe that our service, expertise and dedication to your needs are all that that should be required to keep you committed to using our services.  As a result, our contracts do not require long-term commitments for support.
